Fair Work Legislation Amendment

President, Justice Hatcher, has issued a statement about the impact of the recently passed Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Act 2023 on the Commission. The Closing Loopholes Act changes existing functions and confers new functions on the Commission.
