The Honorable Lance Wright KC has been a Senior Consultant to McNally’s since 2008. He has practiced in the field of Industrial and Employment Law for over 43 years. From 1998 to 2008, Lance was the President of the New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission and Court.
Lance commenced working as an Industrial Officer in 1969. He worked for the Public Service Association of NSW and the Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Workers’ Union. After completing his legal studies, he went on to practice as a barrister in 1979 and was appointed a Queens Counsel in 1991.
As a practicing barrister, Lance appeared in cases in State and Federal courts and tribunals, including the New South Wales Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and the High Court of Australia.
Lance brings a wealth of practical experience and knowledge to the practice of law and the advice and assistance he provides to our clients and lawyers is invaluable.
